Jingle Cruise, the holiday overlay edition of the Jungle Cruise, opens November 2 for the 2017 Christmas season at the Magic Kingdom.

Debuting in 2013, the Jingle Cruise is back for another year, which sees holiday props, music and script changes added to the traditional Jungle Cruise attraction in Adventureland.

I wish there was a way to listen to either the Jingle radio or the standard Jungle radio outside the park. I'd love to just turn it on while doing homework.

I agree with you. Ours is great IMO

I don’t think that’s an accurate assessment anymore anyway. They had a stronger initial package but ours was plussed just one year later. Seems decked out to me, and the story is clever and fitting.

Exactly. Not sure what else they can do? I know some claimed Disneyland’s was better because there was more Christmas junk scattered around. Not sure how that makes it “better” though.

This song in the queue always brings a smile to my wife's face. For that alone a trip is worth any crowd.

    What should they add?

Cute sums it up. Definitely needs some 'plussing'. Pretty much of an underwhelming overlay.;)

If the overlay is open this Thursday, should we expect the MK be done with its decor turnover by then as well? I know they’ve done the turnover in a night before - exciting!

We love the Jingle Cruise but since we always visit around the Holidays, I haven’t seen the original script performed in years. First world problems!;)

As if, they pay time and a half for holidays. It's open 365.. CM's know that going in. Salaried perhaps, but, I sincerely doubt that any hourly get extra, especially part-timers. BTW, I do understand your play on words there and it was a clever path, but, you know me... I can't resist being a curmudgeon.

I'm so happy this is returning! We haven't been during Dec. for awhile, and this is just really festive and fun. Sorry for the the visitors to DL, though. This site always has the right info., whether my heart can bear it or not. Looking forward to the holidays!!
