(Update 3pm) Magic Kingdom remains closed (phase 3) to some guests due to capacity

Magic Kingdom is currently (3pm) at phase 3 closing, which means that admission to the park is limited to Disney Resort Guests, Annual Passholders, Guests with Park Hopper tickets crossing over from another Park, and Guests re-entering the Magic Kingdom today.
