"The Global Neighborhood is gone from the end of Spaceship Earth at Epcot. At the bottom of the ride, the sign for it is still there, but the recording that tells you to go visit it has been removed. Then walking off the ride and down the ramp, there are big blue construction walls that go around most of the center of the room, leaving space to walk to the exits on each side of the room. All of the exhibits in the walls (like the StoryTeller Phone) are also gone and the windows are boarded up. Signs for the Global Neighborhood are still up outside, but I can't imagine that will be for long."
