Walt Disney Imagineering has reached another key milestone in the ongoing reimagining of Test Track at EPCOT — the installation of the attraction’s new marquee sign.
Imagineering shared the news in a social media update, calling it “a marquee moment indeed!” The team confirmed that the new sign is now in place at the entrance, saying:
“Installation of the new marquee at Test Track presented by @generalmotors has begun! The design echoes the attraction’s architecture, while incorporating the new logo in illuminated letters that will look amazing both day and night.”
The new marquee design reflects the sleek, modern style of the reimagined attraction, replacing the old signage that remained in place until recently. The updated logo highlights the broader collaboration with General Motors — moving beyond the Chevrolet-specific branding seen in the previous version of Test Track.
Scheduled to reopen in late summer 2025, the updated Test Track will feature all-new queue exhibits, reworked show scenes, and redesigned ride vehicles. The project celebrates the innovation, customization, and technology behind mobility, drawing from more than a century of automotive progress.
