Starting today, June 16, guests can now book reservations for Bourbon Steak Orlando, the newest restaurant from chef Michael Mina, set to open Saturday, July 26, 2025, at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel.

Bone-In Ribeye and Onion Rings

The restaurant is now listed on OpenTable, offering advance reservations for Mina’s take on the classic American steakhouse. The concept features premium cuts of beef and seafood, crafted cocktails, and an extensive wine list, all reflecting the James Beard Award and Michelin-recognized chef’s focus on product, technique, and presentation.

Japanese Old Fashion Drink

Bourbon Steak joins a strong lineup of signature dining at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, including Todd English’s bluezoo, Rosa Mexicano, and Il Mulino New York Trattoria. The new opening brings the total number of restaurants and lounges at the complex to 23.

What wild guessing? There are literally over 10 other restaurants of the same type that have established menus to get a projection on what the prices will be here. For even better comparisons, there are even other Bourbon Steaks in Florida that you can use. Just take what the prices are at other Bourbon Steaks, add on a Disney Bubble/Tourist location mark up, and Bob's your uncle.

Do you also wonder what they serve at KFC....here's a hint...its Chicken. They got chicken. Its a steak house. Take a wild swing in the dark as to what is going to be on the menu. As a hint, its NOT chicken nuggets. Also, lets not forget they have 10 other locations, all with established menus that you can take a look at to see what there general offerings are.
