EPCOT'S new La Crêperie de Paris will officially open on October 1 2021 in the new Remy's Ratatouille Adventure courtyard in the France Pavilion.
Disney has revealed today that reservations will not be available for the restaurant, with table service dining available on a first-come, first-served basis - at least for now.
As we know from the current Cast Member previews, the restaurant is operating during the soft opening period, so if you have an upcoming preview, La Crêperie de Paris will more than likely be operating. Crêpes À Emporter at La Crêperie de Paris, is a walk-up window attached to the restaurant serving three savory galettes, four sweet crêpes, soft serve ice cream, and an assortment of ciders and wines.
The table and quick-service restaurant, serves savory galettes and sweet dessert crêpes, along with some of Brittany’s famous hard ciders. Everything is made from scratch and to order.
La Crêperie de Paris serves its galettes very thin. They are cooked at a high temperature, allowing the outside to become crispy and crunchy. The gluten-friendly savory galettes will be made with buckwheat imported from France and will feature classic fillings with some unique twists. The Classique includes ham, eggs, and Swiss cheese - ideal for anytime of the day from breakfast through dinner. And for a vegetarian diner, The Ratatouille is filled with tomato, zucchini, and eggplant.
The sweet crêpes are also thin, crispy, and made from scratch and include the traditional Gourmande, filled with house-made hazelnut chocolate spread, to the Pomme, filled with caramelized apples and caramel beurre salé. You can also top these off with house-made ice cream.
La Crêperie de Paris will also offer a daily prix fixe menu that includes a choice of soup or a salad, one savory galette, one dessert crêpe, and a glass of hard cider, soda or juice.
