The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival presented by CORKCICLE begins today at Walt Disney World Resort, and continues through November 18, 2023, offering 114 days of tempting tastes and festival fun.
Guests can explore 25 Global Marketplaces scattered throughout the park, showcasing food and drink from around the world, with six more to be added later during the festival. 2023 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival Marketplace kiosks, menus and pricing.
The Brew-Wing Lab at the Odyssey offers a flavorful adventure featuring culinary creations and madcap mishaps of Muppet Labs, including traditional and plant-based chicken wings with unique flavors.
Hosted by Dr. Bunsen Honeydew and his trusty partner Beaker, novel flavors have been cooked up like the Unnecessarily Spicy, Yet Extremely Tasty Scotch Bonnet Pepper-Curry Wings with Cool Cucumber Yogurt and Peanut Butter and Jelly Sticky Wings.
Or try traditional flavors with a new twist, such as Impossible Buffalo Chicken Tenders with plant-based blue cheese, plant-based ranch, and celery. Also available are innovative beverages like the puckery Pickle Milkshake and the Frozen Fusion featuring Twinings Pomegranate and Raspberry Herbal Tea fused with Orange Ice Cream Molecules. Flavors of America in The American Adventure presents three new dishes: Italian Hot Beef Sandwich, Cioppino seafood stew, and Chilaquiles with Ranchero chicken.
Hawaii and The Noodle Exchange return on August 15, followed by four all-new Global Marketplaces on September 22 to commemorate the Disney100 celebration. These include Char & Chop, offering a fusion of greens and grilled meats with dishes like Roasted Porchetta and Grilled Impossible Spicy Sausage. Wine & Wedge showcases cheese and beverage pairings like Southern Pimento Cheese and Boursin Fig & Balsamic Soufflé. Bubbles & Brine serves up fresh seafood and Champagne. For dessert, Swirled Showcase offers whimsical treats such as a Mickey-shaped liquid Nitro Cake and Fanta Floats.
The Eat to the Beat Concert Series, presented by Florida Blue Medicare, features nightly musical performances at the America Gardens Theatre, with well-known artists performing from Friday to Monday.

Emile's Fromage Montage and Remy's Ratatouille Hide & Squeak offer fun adventures for all ages during the festival.
With Emile's Fromage Montage, purchase any five cheese dishes listed on the back of the Festival Passport to collect a stamp. Once you have collected five stamps, visit Shimmering Sips hosted by CORKCICLE for a specialty treat.
At Remy's Ratatouille Hide & Squeak, explorers can purchase a map and stickers from select festival merchandise locations and search for Remy statuettes throughout World Showcase and the Global Marketplaces. Whether or not they complete the hunt, they can redeem their map to receive a special festival keepsake.
Pluto's Pumpkin Pursuit provides a seasonal hunt for hidden Disney character-themed decorative pumpkins from September 29 to October 31.
Guests purchase a special map and stickers, then search throughout EPCOT for hidden Disney character-themed decorative pumpkins. Maps can be redeemed at the end of the hunt, whether or not they are completed, for a spooky festival keepsake.
Festival merchandise collections include the 2023 Event Logo Collection, Mickey Mouse & Minnie Mouse Picnic Collection, and the 2023 Disney Encanto Collection. Merchandise is on sale at Creations Shop, Food & Wine merchandise kiosks throughout EPCOT, and World Traveler at International Gateway. Finally, beginning September 22, guests can join the Disney100 celebration with special photo ops, culinary creations, and lighting displays on Spaceship Earth nightly.
