Extended Evenings Hours may be coming to Disney's Animal Kingdom at Walt Disney World

Extended Evening Hours at Disney's Animal Kingdom

Disney's Animal Kingdom looks like it may be about to offer its first Extended Evening Hours event on November 8, 2023.

Regular hours for November 8, 2023 are 9am to 7pm, with Extended Evening Hours then scheduled from 7pm to 9pm. Extended Evening Hours is a benefit for guests staying at Walt Disney World deluxe hotels, and offers 2 hours of additional park time after regular close.

Extended Evening Hours at Disney's Animal Kingdom

Disney is yet to confirm that Extended Evening Hours is coming to Disney's Animal Kingdom, but the official calendar will be available in the coming days. Disney recently expanded the benefit beyond EPCOT and Magic Kingdom with several evenings at Disney's Hollywood Studios on September 30, October 5, October 11, October 19 and October 25, 2023. Extended Evening Hours are on hold at Magic Kingdom as the park enter the seasonal hard ticket event period.

Is there any justification for TRON not being open for Early Entry, or is it strictly a cost cutting measure? For Tiana’s early closure and not offering it for Extended Evening Hours, they can at least pretend they’re doing maintenance on it
