Walt Disney World has released new resort hotel discounts for travel between August 1 and October 11, 2025. You can save up to 30% on rooms at select Disney Resort hotels when staying five nights or longer, with savings also available for shorter stays.

Yes you can do this - I checked it. I think the only downside is that you have to purchase the tickets up front and then you put the deposit amount on the hotel room so the initial payment is more than if you booked it as a package so I imagine that's a detriment to some folks.

For clarification -- I'm confused... The article says "The offer is now available to all guests for travel on select dates in Summer and Fall 2025," but the fine print says "Disney Visa cardholders." "Important Information Minimum 4-night stay and 4-day Park Hopper ticket required. Disney Visa Cardmember must stay in the room. Use a valid Disney Visa Card for deposit payment. Limited availability—book early for best selection. Dining gratuities not included."

I booked a 5 night stay at Beach Club Studio over Labor Day in January at $418 per night before taxes with the initial stay more save more promotion. I just repriced the exact same room at $464 per night before taxes with the Late Summer/Fall AP Rate.

Interesting releasing the rest of the year AP discounts early. AP offerings are scaled back from last year. Only 8 days total in November…. I guess they’re feeling their oats on demand that they don’t need AP Holders anymore. Or it’s not worth discounting rooms to meet growth numbers.
