The major exterior refurbishment project at the Hotel du Canada in EPCOT's Canada pavilion is continuing this week, with new paintwork now visible.

The exterior of the Hotel du Canada is now half painted in a new color, which is much lighter than the previous beige color scheme.

Le Cellier, located in the building, remains open as normal during the work

I’m hoping for an entire floor of maple-based products. What? 😁

Passholder Lounge? The Morocco lounge is temporary....and Dear God, I am hoping they put some attention into brining that pavilion back... What a shame it is to see it now...

I'm pretty sure the Canada laser is disabled due to the work as well.

They are finally building a coaster for Canada. The Great Maple Moose Chase.

If they use the whole floor, it would be a great firework viewing location. Maybe they plan on selling firework viewing packages.

The thing that doesn’t make sense with that is Imagination! DVC Lounge a is 5 minute walk away, it seems weird to build two so close together. @Moth sources saying it’ll be an all guest bar. Will have to wait and see

Oh good, another DVC lounge. To be honest, DVCers do need more perks. They are literally invested in WDW.

Gotcha

Upstairs has been totally gutted, some saying it’ll be a DVC preview center and others hearing a bar/lounge Can also see that the window facades have been removed with construction light shining though.

I’ve not been following this; is there suggestion the upper floors maybe used for something ?

Not the best photo (grabbed from a vlog) but the base of the elevator which has been used as a wine display for years has been closed in with construction walls. For comparison here’s what it typically looks like without construction walls
