According to the latest refurbishment calendar, the Magic Kingdom's Tomorrowland Light & Power Co. will reopen to guests on November 6 2022.

Significantly, the Tomorrowland Light & Power Co. will serve as part of the entrance and exit area for TRON Lightcycle Run.

The building, which also serves as the exit for Space Mountain, is currently closed for both interior and exterior changes to accommodate TRON.

The Tomorrowland Light & Power Co. reopening on November 6 suggests that we won't see an opening of TRON before that date.

However, refurbishment dates can quickly shift and until we hear from Disney, opening timeframes for TRON remain speculation.

Disney is expected to announce an opening date for TRON Lightycle Run at next month's D23 Expo.

Not that I have a problem with jogging in general, but I never find that I’m very far in line behind the people who jogged. 🤷🏻‍♂️

It's refreshing to know Disney guests can still run and jog!!

The VQ system (finally) ends today for Tron! Standby line starts tomorrow September 9, 2024. Scatterplot of every single VQ data point collected for the past 538 days, which includes soft opening and everyday since the ride opened on April 4, 2023. Here's my final update for it and wrap-up post:

And If I was 6’10” and a had a good jump shot I’d be in the NBA.

It’s literally show up an hour early?

Mark DunneSep 08, 2024

I agree, that sun will be burning down on people, also its not the quickest loading for me, with only say 8-10 people in the show room, be interesting how long that line goes. if the line looks long for us, it'll be ILL's all round.

Yes! It’s an excellent ride experience. Definitely a must-do E-ticket. If it was longer and had a properly themed (or better hidden) show-building, it would be among the best additions on property.

If they add it early entry resort guest might be less likely to buy a lighten lane single pass thingy or whatever it's called now. 😉 💰
