Disney has revised its Walt Disney World theme park health and safety guidelines today to include guidelines on mask usage when dining.
The new wording states:
Face coverings for each guest age 2 and up, which must be worn in all public areas and can only be removed while actively eating and drinking. Face coverings must be worn while standing, waiting or sitting in dining locations.
It appears that Disney has experienced issues withs some guests sitting at restaurants maskless for an extended period while not actually eating or drinking.
Disney CEO Bob Chapek has previously said that he expects make usage to remain in effect throughout 2021.
