As Disney prepares to bring its D23 fan event to Brazil for the first time this November, Walt Disney World fans are awaiting potential updates on some of the most anticipated projects in the Disney parks universe that were announced during the D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event in California earlier this year.
D23 Brazil: What We Know
Taking place on November 8-10, 2024, at the Transamerica Expo Center in São Paulo, D23 Brazil will offer fans a schedule of panels, exhibits, and sneak peeks into upcoming Disney projects. The event will be divided into two stages: Arena D23 and the Disney Moments by Claro Stage, where presentations will range from film previews to interactive performances.
D23 has said to expect "Exclusive previews of films, series, games and shows and a sneak peek of what's to come, as well as the latest on new and highly anticipated projects in development around the world for Disney Parks and Disney Cruise Line."
A Second Look at D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event Announcements
At D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event in California earlier this year, Disney laid out an ambitious roadmap for the future of its parks, resorts, and cruise line. Given the scope of these announcements, it's possible that D23 Brazil will shed light on more specific details, including models, new concept art, and timelines.
Among the key announcements for Walt Disney World were:

Disney's Hollywood Studios will soon welcome a new land based on Pixar's Monsters, Inc.. The new attraction will allow guests to step inside the world of Monstropolis and explore the Monsters, Inc. factory in Disney's first suspended coaster, with construction scheduled to begin in 2025. The big question remains - where will it be located? Muppets Courtyard or Animation Courtyard.
